Who We Are
Cultivating Stalk & STEM is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded by community service minded professionals with over 30 years of experience in education and health services. Our goal is to provide new educational, cultural, and STEM opportunities for underserved communitie and underrepresented students K-12. We seek to enhance the life of each student we work with by encouraging them to take risks, learn from their mistakes, and be creative resilient future leaders.
What We Do
- Foster an interest and appreciation for math and science through STEM related projects
- Explore financial literacy through the use of budgets
- Help build and maintain health and wellness
- Demonstrate a greater understanding of interdependence globally
- Contribute to community causes and organizations by partnering with other local non-profits and charities
Clara's Girls
We are pleased to annouce we will be starting a special program call Clara's Girls to help those most impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be providing donations to organizations in several NC counties. Please click here to apply for donations.
